The annual membership meeting of Friends of the Ouachita Trail will be Saturday, November 5 at The Chopping Block Seafood and Steakhouse, Hwy 71 S, Mena, AR 71953 (479) 394-6410 at 11:00 am. This meeting is important and a requirement of our non-profit status. Members were sent information a few weeks ago. If you plan to attend, please RSVP by Thursday, Nov 3, to FoOT Secretary/Treasurer Cheryl Gaskill .

Whether or not you plan to attend the meeting, please participate in our election of Directors. The primary business of the meeting is the election of three of our nine director positions. A good turnout in our election is vital to a healthy non-profit organization. Finally, Arkansas law requires that members of non-profit organizations confirm their membership annually.
